Affiliate Program With Amazon

Do I need liability insurance, if I run a video game development company solo?
I am 16 and I want to develop a video game for PC by myself. The game would be sold on the official website of the Games, Amazon.com and other retail sites. It would available for both digital download and physical copies. The game would get a rating of the ESRB, be registered to protection of copyright, and I want to be part of an affiliate program year. Funding and the workload is not a problem at all, so do not even mention. All I want to know if it is to have any personal liability insurance be required? What I fear is foolish to sue me for some reason comes to be. Insurance would pay for the trial, if I went (for some reason any)? I'm just a child with advanced computer skills. Thank you! Please serious answers! Thank you!
The game would be entirely based on my own ideas. I would certainly not copy another game.
You do not need any type of insurance, to what you are trying to go sell it. Homeowners' insurance does not cover all forms of corporate responsibility, therefore, if you want coverage responsibility, you have to buy it. You can wait until you have a finished first, though.
